I was searching desperately for a facility where I could feel good about placing my family member. It’s been such a relief having him at Valley Pines Senior Living. They have made him feel welcome and gotten to know him as an individual. I also appreciate their timely communication.

We’re searching for a place for my mother in the Grand Rapids area. She is currently in a rehab facility and needs too much assistance to return to independent living. We live 3 hours from GR and were on a mission to secure a comfortable spot for her in an assisted living facility. We were very happy with our tour through Valley Pines Senior Living. The Director, DaleTron Thompson gave us a thorough tour and made us very comfortable should my mother select this facility. It was clean, friendly, and with a lot of amenities included in the cost.

I can’t say enough great things about Valley Pines Senior Living! DaleTron Thompson the executive director has gone above and beyond to make what would normally be a stressful time for my mom and I into something we are excited about!!! DaleTron is amazing!!! It’s clear that she loves her job and her residents and they love her! She has created such a happy environment and she is so involved with everyone that lives there! We are so blessed to have such an amazing place for my mom to live! I know my mom will be happy and safe and treated like family! ❤️❤️❤️

Dale Tron and the whole staff have been nothing but wonderful! They listened to our concerns about our Mother before she arrived and tried to accommodate those concerns once she got there. They are always open to hearing what our mom might need and also let us know what we can do to help her adjust as quickly as possible. They give us regular updates, which we appreciate so much. We have never felt like they don’t have time for our mom, or us.

The community that has been created inside Valley Pines Senior Living is special. The residents are all welcoming of each other and new people and truly seem to care about each other as though they are one big family. The care team is empathetic and quick when it comes to being there for the needs of the residents. Valley Pines has a positive and uplifting atmosphere that stands out from other facilities in the area.

Valley Pines Senior Living is a great place to work. We have a great Management team we all work together. The Med Techs and Caregivers are great to work with they all make sure the residents are taken care of and work together. What I love about the staff is that everyone works together in making sure the residents are taken care of.

Valley Pines has made my father’s move very comfortable. The office and nursing staff have been so helpful.
